If you get a message on your Zune player that says “Contact Support”, you may need to send your player in for service, but try these steps first.

  1. Restart your player.

  2. If the same error message appears when you restart the player, try reinstalling your player’s software.

  3. If these steps don’t do the trick, you’ll want to send your Zune in for service. Visit the Zune service website at http://service.zune.net to register your player and submit a request for service.
